SO, for those of you who are not familiar with either series, read ahead.
Shin Megami Tensei is Atlus' golden child, the series created RPG classics such as Nocturne, Digital Devil Saga and Devil Survivor (thats just to name a few). Its artwork and masterful plot development are just one of its many trademarks.
Fire Emblem is Nintendo's highly acclaimed RPG series. What makes this series so special is that if your character dies in the game, thats it, he/she is gone PERMANENTLY and so does the story associated with that character. Some might consider Fire Emblem to be the most hardcore of RPGs.
The video above, is an announcement of these two gigantic RPG series, crossing over. We can expect something out of this world with publishers Nintendo and Atlus working behind the scenes.
