Soft Forum Upgrade

This won't cause any major issues (yet), but we're performing minor upgrades to the forum, so if you notice any disturbance with the forum don't worry this is normal. The full upgrade should be done within an hour or so. Hopefully usernames and posts will remain! Ha! Still new to all this vbulletin thing.
